1. Parties and Scope
These Agreements and Rules (“Rules”) apply between Sanaldot.com (“Site”) and all natural and legal persons who visit the Site, register as members, post ads, or receive services from ads (“User”).
Sanaldot.com is an online platform operating to publish ads in construction, mechanical, technical work, maintenance-repair, personal services, and other sectors, and to connect skilled workers and service providers.
2. General Usage Terms
2.1. Sanaldot.com operates solely as an ad and service promotion platform; it is not a party to direct employment contracts or commercial agreements between Users.
2.2. Users are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ethical compliance of the ads they post.
2.3. All transactions on the Site must comply with applicable Turkish legislation and these Rules.
3. Membership and Account Usage
3.1. Membership may be required to post ads or contact ad owners.
3.2. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
3.3. Account security is the responsibility of the User; password sharing is prohibited.
3.4. Sanaldot.com reserves the right to close accounts created with false or misleading information.
4. Ad Posting Rules
4.1. Ad content must comply with the following rules:

Content that is illegal, insulting, pornographic, or includes violence or hate speech is prohibited.

Misleading, false, or fraudulent ads are not allowed.

Product, service, or job descriptions must be clear and truthful.

Photos must be directly related to the ad and not infringe copyright.

Prices, contact information, and service details must be clearly stated.
4.2. Sanaldot.com may remove ads it deems inappropriate without prior notice.
5. Relationship Between Service Provider and Recipient
5.1. The Site acts only as an intermediary between service providers and recipients.
5.2. Quality, duration, price, and other terms are determined between the parties.
5.3. Sanaldot.com is not responsible for disputes that may arise between Users.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are prohibited:

Registering with misleading identity information

Sending spam, bulk messages, or unauthorized advertisements

Promoting illegal products or services via the Site

Unauthorized use of another user’s account

Using automated software or bots that disrupt Site operations
7. Paid Services
7.1. Sanaldot.com may charge fees for certain ad categories or promotion services.
7.2. The fee schedule is indicated on the Site and may be updated.
7.3. Services are provided after payment, and fees are non-refundable (except where required by law).
8. Disclaimer of Liability
8.1. Sanaldot.com is not responsible for the content of ads on the Site.
8.2. The Site is not liable for damages arising from technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events that interrupt service.
8.3. Users use the Site at their own risk.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. The Site’s design, logo, software, and content are protected by copyright.
9.2. Users bear full legal responsibility for their own ad content.
9.3. By uploading an ad, the User grants Sanaldot.com the right to publish, reproduce, and use the ad for promotional purposes indefinitely.
10. Personal Data and Privacy
10.1. Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy.
10.2. User information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Disputes arising from these Rules are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul (Anatolian/European) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
11.2. Turkish Law applies.
12. Effectiveness and Changes
12.1. Users are deemed to accept these Rules upon starting to use the Site.
12.2. Sanaldot.com reserves the right to change these Rules without prior notice.
