These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the posting of ads, advertisements, services, and content sharing activities provided through Sanaldot.com (“Site”). All persons who access the Site, register as members, or post ads/advertisements (“User”) are deemed to have accepted the following provisions.
1. Definitions
Sanaldot.com: An online ad and advertising platform operating in Turkey, managed by Davut Kılınç.
User: Any natural or legal person who visits the Site, registers as a member, or posts ads/advertisements.
Ad: Content uploaded by the User to the Site for the purpose of promoting a service, product, job listing, or announcement.
Prohibited Content: Any ad, text, image, video, link, or content that violates laws, morality, public order, or Site rules.
2. General Conditions
2.1. Access to and use of Sanaldot.com is entirely the User’s responsibility.
2.2. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy, currency, and legality of the ads and content they post on the Site.
2.3. The Site is not responsible for damages arising from incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the User.
3. Membership and Account Security
3.1. Users must register with accurate information to post ads.
3.2. Membership accounts are for the sole use of the registered person. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
3.3. Password security is entirely the responsibility of the User. Sanaldot.com is not liable for damages resulting from password sharing or unauthorized use.
4. Ad Posting Rules
4.1. By posting an ad, the User agrees to the following rules:
- Content that is illegal, insulting, promotes violence or hatred, pornographic, or related to terrorism propaganda is prohibited.
- Copyrighted photos, videos, texts, or trademarks belonging to others cannot be used without permission.
- Product or service descriptions must be truthful; false, misleading, or fraudulent ads are prohibited.
- Prices and contact information must be accurate, current, and complete.
4.2. Sanaldot.com reserves the right to remove ads that do not comply with these rules without prior notice.
5. Paid and Free Ads
5.1. Ads on Sanaldot.com can be free or paid.
5.2. Fees for paid ads are published on the Site and may change.
5.3. Payments are made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods determined by the Site.
5.4. Paid ad fees are non-refundable once the ad is published.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
6.1. Sanaldot.com is not a party to any commercial transaction between Users and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
6.2. Information in ads is entirely provided by the User; the Site does not guarantee its accuracy.
6.3. The Site is not responsible for service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events.
7. Copyrights
7.1. Users declare that they hold all copyrights for the content they upload.
7.2. Users grant Sanaldot.com unlimited, irrevocable, and free rights to use their ads and content on the Site.
7.3. All software, design, visual, and textual content on the Site is protected by copyright and cannot be copied or reproduced without permission.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam, bulk messages, or advertising content
- Posting ads on behalf of others or creating fake accounts
- Uploading viruses, malware, or similar technical threats
- Using automated bots or scripts that disrupt Site operations
9. Protection of Personal Data
9.1. Sanaldot.com processes user data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”).
9.2. The purposes and storage of personal data are explained in detail in the Privacy Policy.
10. Right to Change
Sanaldot.com reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Site.
11. Effectiveness and Acceptance
These Terms come into effect once approved by the User or upon use of the Site.
By using Sanaldot.com, the User fully accepts these Terms.
